1. LEGAL NOTICE
This information governs the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website www.weplantinportugal.pt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by Hugo Miguel Oliveira Lains, sole trader, holder of the registered trademark WEPLANTINPORTUGAL, headquartered at Rua dos Namorados – Corredoura – 2490-339 Ourém, Tax ID 167 184 369, hereinafter referred to as WEPLANTINPORTUGAL.
Access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products or services made available, imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Use of the Website grants the visitor the status of User or Customer, as applicable, and implies full acceptance of these provisions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any of the conditions, you should not access or use the Website.
WEPLANTINPORTUGAL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, with the new conditions applying from the date of publication on the Website.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with current legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 58/2019, of August 8, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security of information.
The Customer agrees to provide only true, complete, and up-to-date information and is responsible for any false or inaccurate data provided to WEPLANTINPORTUGAL and for any resulting damages.
WEPLANTINPORTUGAL is responsible for the processing of personal data, the legal basis of which is the execution of the sales contract and compliance with legal obligations.
In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions, WEPLANTINPORTUGAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Website, with or without prior notice, and to resort to available legal means.
WEPLANTINPORTUGAL adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to protect data and communications. However, the User acknowledges that the use of open networks such as the Internet may involve security risks beyond WEPLANTINPORTUGAL's control.
The contractual offer on the Website is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years old and with full legal capacity to contract.
3. CONTRACT TERMINATION
In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, amended by Decree-Law no. 78/2018, of October 15, the Customer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract, being able to cancel the purchase without providing a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the item(s).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision to WEPLANTINPORTUGAL through an unequivocal statement (e.g., letter sent by mail, fax, or email) using the contacts indicated on the Website’s Contact page.
In the event of contract termination, all payments made by the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method different from the standard cheapest option offered by WEPLANTINPORTUGAL), will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days from the date WEPLANTINPORTUGAL is informed of the withdrawal decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the items, including transport charges between the delivery address and WEPLANTINPORTUGAL’s headquarters.
WEPLANTINPORTUGAL reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014).

The Customer may submit complaints directly to WEPLANTINPORTUGAL via the contacts indicated on the Website’s Contact page or by post to:
