- 200 grams of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Lemon juice Cup
- 4 Cups water
- 3 Black Tea Sachets
- Sugar at your taste
Place in a pan blueberries with lemon juice. Bring to the boil for five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. In the end, pour the juice through a sieve into a pitcher and crush the fruit with a spoon to get out all the liquid.
Place the water in the same pan where you cooked blueberries. After boil, turn off the heat and place the tea bags for five minutes. Remove tea bags, add the blueberries juice and sugar to taste. Stir and put in a jar filled with ice.
